Job Title: Sales Assistant
Location: 7th klm Peanias – Markopoulou, Koropi 19400, Greece
Position: On-site
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team. You will be a key contributor to our sales team’s success. You will primarily be in charge of communicating with our agents to get the costs for transportation and send quotes to our clients. We are looking for a person with outstanding customer service and communication skills. Once a basic knowledge around our job is formed ideally the candidate will start to have his/her own clientele and organize meetings with potential customers.
Responsibilities
- Assist in finding new clients and create material for sales preparation and success
- Coordinate scheduling with clients and sales team members
- Lead client correspondence
- Coordinate shipping and delivery
- Handle customer inquiries and issues
- Communicate with worldwide agents to get costs
- Send quotes to customers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Customer-service oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent writing and speaking in English
- Good organizational skills
- Driving License
