As a Junior in our team, you will have the opportunity to learn from the best and contribute to the detection and resolution of issues.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the performance and availability of network elements, systems and applications.
- 1st level support, Identifying and resolving issues.
- Collaborating with 2nd and 3rd level support.
- Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and tools.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
- Good understanding of basic principles of computer networks and virtualization.
- Good understanding of security principles.
- Basic experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Nagios, etc.)
- Desire for continuous learning and improvement.
- Ability to work shifts.
