Junior Sales Account & Reporting Officer
We are looking for a result-oriented person looking to advance its career in the exciting world of Sales & Analytics. Designia Insurance Brokers, a member of Eurolife FFH Insurance Group, is in search of a Junior Sales Account & Reporting Officer with customer service orientation, strong communication skills and desire to excel in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

About The Role
Role responsibilities
Customer Relationship
- Creating trusting relationships with customers
- Acting as the point of contact for clients
Sales Analytics & Reporting
- Μonitoring and reporting on corporate sales & retail (KPIS, recommendations)
- Preparing monthly report updates that support month-end close activities and measuring YTD performance metrics against targets.
- Performing profit/price analysis by customer, product, etc.
- Providing sales reporting/analysis support for sales and Management Teams using all available sources of information.
Continuous Improvement
- Supporting the culture of the business; identifying and demonstrating the behaviors and actions that encourage the company’s values
- Assisting in driving improvements in existing reporting processes, tools, and procedures that will result in increased automation, improvement in data accuracy, data analysis, and timeliness.
Administrative support
- Updating internal databases
- Maintaining digital and physical records of invoices and contracts
Knowledge & skills
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed along with internet research capabilities
- Excellent command of the English Language
- Hands on experience with customer service
- Sales experience would be an advantage
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Self-motivation and self-organization
- Team-oriented and willing to contribute to the overall workflow of the department
- Strong detail-orientation and resourceful mindset
- Must be able to meet multiple individual and team deadlines in a fast paced, changing, dynamic work environment with changing priorities
- Pure interest for the insurance market and its best practices
