So what’s the challenge…
Are you passionate about design and ready to make a significant impact? We are seeking a talented Associate UI Designer to enhance OPAP’s digital assets with visually appealing and user-friendly designs. You’ll create and deliver UX/UI components that meet business requirements and brand standards, improving the digital experience for our end users!
Your day to day will include:
• Assessing business needs to propose UI/UX solutions, concepts, and specifications
• Translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
• Designing and developing UX flows and UI components for OPAP’s digital products, platforms, websites, and native environments
• Conducting UX analysis and creating UI interfaces, creative banners, and user journeys according to technical specifications and the OPAP UX design system
• Developing and presenting mock-ups of design interfaces and digital creative materials, and making necessary adjustments before release
• Working with digital advertising agencies and vendors to create digital creative material
• Testing and validating the operational effectiveness and user-friendliness of UX/UI designs, and cooperating with Frontend Developers to enable functionalities
• Supporting the upload of the digital creative materials to the digital assets
• Monitoring and validating adherence to digital brand guidelines across all sites
What you need to succeed:
• BSc in UX Design or equivalent. MSc is relevant topic is desirable
• At least 1 year of experience in UX/UI design
• Hands-on experience in the development of digital marketing solutions and digital creative content
• Knowledge of UX & Design Tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator), as well as HTML, HTML5, CSS and other digital related development languages / tools
• Experience in designing interfaces using design software (e.g. FIGMA, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Good knowledge of the digital ecosystem, digital functions and relevant applications
• Familiarity with responsive HTML5 frameworks (Bootstrap, Foundation, Skeleton) is desirable
• Familiarity with content management systems, prototyping and wireframing tools
• Innovative thinking and flexibility / adaptability to changing requirements and priorities
• Very good communication skills in both Greek and English languages with customer focus
