We are currently looking for a dynamic and ambitious Administrative Support Officer based in Athens, Greece, to join our team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of our company and provide essential operational assistance to employees across our remote and global environment. The job is 80 % remotely.

Role’s Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as office management, managing the company calendar, and handling filing and mailing.
  • Execute procurement tasks, sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, and processing orders.
  • Handle employee benefits policies, including telephony services, car leasing and private health insurance.
  • Provide administrative assistance to employees related to employee benefits, business trips arrangements and reimbursements.
  • Support the organization of various corporate events.


  • Bachelor’s degree in any field; degrees in Business Administration or Finance are a plus
  • Proficient in using business software and tools
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented mindset
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
  • Ability to establish positive working relationships within a dynamic, international remote environment
  • Ability to work occasionally from the offices in Athens (Petralona) is required
