COCO-MAT group, an innovative Greek company in the field of natural sleep, is
looking for a new member and specifically for the position of:
Accountant
Location: Kifisia, Attica-Greece
Key Responsibilities:
- Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Updating accounts receivable and issuing invoices
- Updating accounts payable and performing reconciliations
- Process transactions according to stated procedures so that all transactions are recorded in a timely and accurate manner.
- Complying with Month End closing requirements and deadlines
- Reconciliation of GL accounts with subledgers/ Intercompanies transactions & balances / Accruals/ VAT / Withholding taxes
- Managing bank statements related GL reconciliations
- Any other task assigns by the team leader
- Preparation of periodic and ad hoc reports as requested by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Accounting, ideally within a structured accounting team in a corporate setting.
- Excellent use of Computer applications in Microsoft office suite
- Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and oral
- Experience & knowledge of ERP system will be an asset
