Job Description:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for overseeing the invoicing process and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The Financial Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining financial stability and supporting the growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end invoicing process, including issuing invoices, verifying accuracy, and tracking payments
  • Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions in the accounting system
  • Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with clients as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any invoicing discrepancies or issues
  • Prepare reports on invoicing activity and cash flow projections
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes as needed
  • Maintain documentation and records related to invoices and financial transactions


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in an SME environment
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English
