We are looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant, to keep and run our business sales operations efficiently.


  • Contact clients.
  • Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner, with corporate ERP.
  • Assist the team in carrying out marketing, advertising and promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Assist in the organizing of promotional events and attend them to facilitate their success.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English language.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Team working skills.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
