About the role
As a Corporate IT Intern, you will be responsible for successfully handling day to day technical issues.
Areas of responsibilities:
- Promptly escalate IT issues where necessary
- Provide remote support to users
- Support on small to medium-sized IT projects as instructed
- Setting up and configuring new equipment in line with business expectations
- Enforce and actively work to maintaining global IT standards
- Provide effective basic user training and new user inductions
- Install and troubleshoot authorized software
- Ensuring security and upgrades are applied accurately and kept up to end user equipment.
- Utilize Office 365 (Power BI, Power apps) to improve process and create new useful business tools
- Ensure all IT equipment in meeting rooms is neat and functional state
Qualifications:
- Academic Background in Informatics/ Computer Engineering
- Knowledge of both Greek and English language
- Teamwork and good communication skills
- High focus and attention to detail
