Job Purpose:
As Accounts Receivable Officer you will process accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures. Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data for all companies of group.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all incoming payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues.
- Facilitate payment of due invoices by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
- Cooperate with the Treasury Department for the financing procedure through factoring.
Knowledge:
- University Degree in Finance/Economics or equivalent
- Master will be considered as a plus
- Fluency in English
