Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, highly skilled, and experienced Senior Management Consultants to join our team. As a Senior Management Consultant, you will participate and play a pivotal role in challenging and demanding engagements in large enterprises and organizations, in projects involving (indicatively) organizational and operational design or restructuring, human resources and change management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead small to medium scale projects, or independently handle parts of larger projects of the above-mentioned areas (e.g., assess current business processes and identify areas for improvement leading to comprehensive Business Process Reengineering (BPR), undertake tasks related to organizational management, design job descriptions, assist in the workforce planning, design performance appraisal systems, conduct compensation and benefits analysis, support change management initiatives).
  • Collaborate closely with client representatives to collect information on project related topics/matters.
  • Research and apply best practices and benchmark knowledge on project implementation.
  • Understand and apply appropriate Planet methods or recognized equivalent in completing assignments.
  • Leverage knowledge or prior experience to synthesize findings and to develop and present alternatives and recommendations.
  • Prepare project presentations, reports, and deliverables with the objective of proactively managing and consistently meeting/exceeding clients’ expectations to ensure that approaches and solutions fit with overall engagement objectives.
  • Manage projects’ administrative tasks.
  • Demonstrate the highest degree of professionalism, ethics, quality, and integrity.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging best practices in BPR, organizational management, and HR trends, new tools, and methodologies, and share knowledge with colleagues and clients.
  • Be commercially oriented in identifying new potential opportunities for services while implementing client projects.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering (postgraduate degree preferred in one of the fields of Consulting, Business Administration, HR, Finance).
  • More than 6 years of total working experience, of which minimum 3 years’ experience participating in organizational and operational restructuring or HR Consulting projects.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, in both Greek and English
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically including narrative, visual, and data analysis and provide innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Proven abilities, including multi-tasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build rapport with clients.
  • Evidence of building and maintaining relationships with customers in a challenging and fast paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and plan to effectively achieve goals and to be dependable in consistently delivering reliable results within deadlines.
