What it is
An 18-month program that educates, inspires personal growth, and builds professional confidence to create a Priceless career with Mastercard. Launch will include development opportunities such as:

What you’ll do
Mastercard has been driving digital transformation to spread new payment solutions. During the last few years, Mastercard supported the creation, launch and implementation of numerous solutions to give the opportunity to its cardholder to use their preferred device to make payments. Mastercard provides solutions based on the latest technologies, such as Biometrics, Artificial Intelligence and Big Data, to its clients and partners for secure, fast, and simple payments.
The Product and Solutions team is responsible for driving core business and innovations by launching new products and payment platforms, adopting new business models, and embracing new networks and building new service revenue streams to underscore Mastercard’s thought and service leadership in digital.
Major accountabilities:
– Provides support in projects relating to launching new products and
services and new business models
– Assists in performing analysis on new business opportunities, product
performance and supports agreements for certain designated areas (e.g.
financial & data technology)
– Collaborates with business units to enable better decision making and
supports the delivery of strategy and performance
– Watches the market developments and trends and brings new ideas to the
table on how Mastercard can differentiate, grow and innovate its product
universe
What you’ll need
- To available to start from 4th September 2023
- A final year Bachelors degree student, due to graduate between Dec-2022 to August 2023, with a minimum predicted classification of a UK 2.1 or equivalent GPA of 3.0
- Well-rounded individual with significant extracurricular involvement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong strategic and conceptual aptitude
- Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and possessing the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Languages: English and Greek to a professional standard
