Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior consultants to analyze and evaluate client business processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending innovative solutions.
  • Support the development and implementation of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) strategies, working closely with clients to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and enhance overall performance.
  • Assist in conducting organizational management assessments, contributing to the design and optimization of operating models to drive agility, productivity, and competitiveness.
  • Contribute to HR projects, such as talent management, employee engagement initiatives, and HR process optimization, under the guidance of senior consultants.
  • Conduct research, collect data, and perform analysis to support project deliverables, including presentations, reports, and recommendations to clients.
  • Actively participate in client meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions, providing valuable insights, and contributing to collaborative problem-solving efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging best practices, and management consulting methodologies, and apply the knowledge to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Economics, Engineering (postgraduate degree preferred in one of the fields of Consulting, Business Administration, HR, Finance).
  • Strong passion for management consulting and a genuine interest in driving organizational transformation and growth.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify problems, gather and interpret data, and generate practical solutions.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and ideas.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, in both Greek and English.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues and clients to achieve common goals.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take on challenges, learn new concepts, and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
  • Internship or prior experience in consulting, business analysis or related fields is a plus.
