Generalist

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks and work collaboratively with multiple teams. The role will involve a mix of project management, administrative work, and other general duties as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with project management, including coordinating timelines and deliverables, scheduling meetings, and following up on action items
  • Provide administrative support to multiple teams, including scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and maintaining files and databases
  • Conduct research and analysis to support various projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment and communication
  • Assist with the planning and execution of events and other company initiatives
  • Assist with social media management, including creating content and scheduling posts
  • Provide general support to the office as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Fluent in Greek and English
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Working onsite at our offices
