Your Role and Responsibilities
As an IBM Consulting Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to join IBM Associate program – a development program designed to provide the full-spectrum of structured training, development, and practical experience necessary to successfully launch and accelerate your career. As an Associate at Data & Tech Transformation you will become part of one of our integrated teams, depending on your profile, where you will work from the very beginning on real projects, with clients and real business situations, looking for innovative solutions.
- If your profile is data-oriented, with us you will design architectures from modern Datalake & Big Data architectures to traditional Data Warehouse & BI.
- Work on designing and implementing data engineering processes, definition of data ecosystems, governance flows, cognitive architectures or AS-IS vs TO-BE analysis of solutions.
- If your profile is oriented to Data Analysis, with us you will analyse and design reporting solutions which will server hundreds of business users and decision makers, work on implementing reports, dashboards and user stories using a variety of tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Cognos Analytics, etc
- If your profile is oriented to Data Science, you will be able to work on advanced analytics solutions with the creation of disruptive models and algorithms, ideation of solutions, search for insights in data, construction of knowledge based on data, etc
- If your profile is oriented to Artificial Intelligence, you will be able to work on content processing solutions in images, videos or unstructured content or with the latest technology solutions based on neural networks and deep learning for the development of omnichannel conversational assistants and who knows, maybe you could become to reality “Jarvis”.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelor degree in , Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or an equivalent subject – eager to continuously embrace new challenges, able to perform without full experience and always interested in learning.
- Ability to work in projects across Europe, independently and in a team environment.
- Organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- Attitude and interest in a Consultant career.
- Authorized to work in Greece.
- Languages: Greek (native) / English.
- No pending military obligations.

Some technical Knowledge in the below areas will be highly appreciated:
- R, Python, Scala, Java.
- Data analysis, Data mining, Machine learning modelling, Deep Learning Modelling.
- Hadoop, Spark, Kafka.
- SQL, MongoDB, Hive.
- SPSS, Tableau, etc.
- Cloud Services (IBM Cloud, Azure, AWS, etc.).
