IT Systems Administrator (m/f/d) – VMware
Location: Athens or Thessaloniki
Time: Immediately
Type of employment: Full-time, permanent contract
Your Tasks
As IT Systems Administrator (f/m/d) – VMware you are responsible for the conception, construction and operation of customer environments in the data center/cloud as well as our internal infrastructure with a focus on VMware. The following activities fall within your area of responsibility:
- You take care of the continuous operation of cloud infrastructures for our national and international customers
- You will take on administrative and planning tasks in the VMware environment in our data centers
- You support our customers with support requests and take care of troubleshooting (2nd / 3rd level support)
- In order to guarantee a smooth process, you document your processes in our applications
- In addition, you will bring our products and services closer to our customers by preparing and conducting technical product demonstrations and workshops
Your Know-how
- Completed vocational training or studies in the IT sector or comparable professional experience
- Well-founded knowledge in dealing with VMware technologies such as Horizon, NSX, vSAN and/or VSphere
- First experience in technical project management
- Enthusiasm for system administration
- Fluency in written and spoken English
Your Personality
- High degree of service orientation
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Independent, structured and analytical way of working
- A certain degree of willingness to travel
