Description
WINGS ICT Solutions is looking for a Robotics Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Athens. The main responsibilities will include:
- Conduct research for determining the parameters of a robotic application
- Preparation of prototypes and contribution to the design of robotics systems
- Develop and implement software that will control robots
- Develop processes, perform tests and quality controls
- Develop reports/documentation for robotic systems
- Troubleshooting
- Staying up to date on the latest developments in the robotics field
Requirements
Educational requirements:
- Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar field
Essential technical skills:
- Hands’ on experience in ROS and Python
- Experience with ROS2 and C++ will be considered as a plus
- Knowledge of 3D design tools (i.e. Solidworks)
Other Qualifications:
- Ability in the defining and understanding requirements and specifications
- Communicational skills and team working attitude
- Analytical capabilities and attitude to problem solving
- Fluent in English
- Availability to travel abroad
- Flexibility, enthusiasm, positive attitude
