As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for keeping the company’s infrastructure up and running and providing EXUS’ employees with the required IT services. Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Daily users Support via Jira Ticketing System (Atlassian)
- Users’ Remote Workstation (Laptops) Configuration & Support (Hardware/Software)
- Ensure that critical infrastructure is up and running
- Monthly Maintenance (Software & Security patches) of Internal Infrastructure (Hosts & Hyper-V VMs – Windows Server 2019, DPM Backup)
- Fortinet Firewall (Fortigate, FortiVPN) Administration & Configuration (Users & Groups Creation, FSSO, Firewall Rules)
- ESET Protect Cloud Administration & Configuration (Policies creation, Tasks assignment)
- Supporting Cloud Systems (Azure, Hetzner, SFTP)
- Domain Controller Administration (GPO, Users)
- Office365 Suite Administration (Users, Groups, SharePoint, Teams)
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or a similar field
- At least two years of relevant working experience
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting
- Good Knowledge of JIRA Ticketing System, Windows Server 2019, Hyper-V, Fortinet Products, and Azure will be highly appreciated
- Technical Certifications ( Windows Server, Office365, Azure, etc.) will be highly appreciated
- Ability to support users remotely
- Fluency in English
Ability to work occasionally from the office ( Hybrid Job)
