As a Full Stack Developer (C#, JavaScript framework)
You will be a member of Danaos Shipping highly skilled R&D Department with responsibility to develop new innovative inhouse applications and rapid prototyping.
As a part of your role, you will:
- Contribute to the full cycle software development (design, develop, test, operate) of inhouse applications
- Work closely with internal end users to innovate highly effective solutions
- Develop new applications for vessels’ performance monitoring, emissions monitoring, internal operations
- Contribute to integrations with DANAOS Web
- Maintain existing inhouse applications
- Participate in existing applications transition projects to new technology stack
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have
- Degree in Computer Science
- At least 2 years of experience in Software Development with C# and Vue.js or other JavaScript frameworks
- Innovative mindset and out of the box thinking
- Strong will to develop new applications from scratch
- Adaptability to a fast-paced R&D environment
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Previous experience in R&D SW Development Projects (will be considered as an asset)
- Previous experience in developing maritime or energy or industrial applications
