ACCOUNT PAYABLES (Code: AP01)
Job Brief
We are looking for an account payable to join our excellent team, based in Aspropyrgos! As an account payable you will:
Intercompany & Agents
- Creation and upload of monthly IC debit file in IHB platform, distribution of our monthly statement to IC partners.
- Clearing entries at the end of the month, based on IHB statements, concerning customers, suppliers, suspense accounts and exchange rate differences.
- Monitoring of suspense accounts, checking IC partners’ statements, requesting invoices from IC partners, distribution of the invoices to the respective departments for confirmation and booking the invoices.
- Full communication with IC partners (sending missing copies, handling all necessary correspondence for disputes, issuing of debit notes concerning duties etc.)
- Intercompany partners outside clearing & Agents (incoming & outgoing statements, missing copies, correspondence, reconciliation, bank transfers and relative bookings).
Data Entries all AFR, OFR and 3rd party freight vendors
- Booking of IC and 3rd party foreign invoices, appx 650 per month in Cargowise and local ERP.
3p Foreign Freight vendors
- Balance reconciliation of 3p foreign vendors (RFR) & preparing payment proposals.
Candidate profile
- Degree in accounting or finance
- 1-2 years of finance or accounting experience will be an extra asset
- Computer use competency
- Fluency in English
