Budgeting Analyst

The Budgeting Analyst will be placed in the Human Resources Strategy and Reward Division of Alpha Bank, as members of the team responsible for developing and monitoring the execution of the HR Budget.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Prepare the analyses and reports required in all steps of the Annual Budgeting process.
  • Provide support in the approval and validation of the HR-related expenses.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or Analytics/Mathematics.
  • Master’s degree or an MBA in Finance, Analytics, HR or studying towards a Professional Qualification in the fields of Accounting or Finance (e.g. ACCA, CFA) will be considered an asset.
  • One (1) to two (2) years of experience in Business Planning (preferably in HR) or Consulting in a leading/global company will be considered an asset.
  • Experience in the financial services sector will be considered an asset.
  • Analytical and financial reporting skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent command of the English and the Greek language (both written and spoken).
  • Team spirit, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivation and willingness to put effort and demonstrate commitment to achieve results.
