Your Role and Responsibilities

As an IBM Consulting Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to join the IBM Associate program – a development program designed to provide the full spectrum of structured training, development, and practical experience necessary to successfully launch and accelerate your career. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Identify and design business processes for automation
  • Design, develop and support RPA systems for solving business problems based on automation.
  • Produce process documentation in order to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes
  • Set up, test, and monitor automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Graduate in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Eager to continuously embrace new challenges, able to perform without full experience, and always interested in learning the new
  • Authorized to work in Greece
  • English and Greek fluency, written and verbal
  • Ability to work on projects across Europe
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities
  • Attitude and interest in a Consultant career
  • Male candidates should have completed the military service

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Some technical knowledge in the below areas would be considered an advantage:

  • Experience in C++ Java .NET
  • Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML,SQL
  • Knowledge of workflow
  • Exposure in Cloud native applications, Containerisation, Docker, Kubernetes, RedHat OpenShift. Node.js and RPA technologies
