Job Description
- Gains subject matter expertise in specific risk exposures and/or sales areas to grow knowledge and better serve clients.
- Assists with advising clients on risk management solutions that align to their strategic imperatives and risk exposures.
- Understands and interpret business trends.
- Cultivates relationships with team members to meet clients’ needs.
- Attends and occasionally contributes to internal strategy meetings to understand better the organization’s strategy.
- Assists in identifying, developing, providing and advising on specific solutions/product categories and related risk management, service requirements, broking plans, insurance product lines and insurance carriers.
- Assists in analyzing and recommending solutions to client problems.
Qualifications required:
- University Degree
- Years of experience: 0
- Excellent command of the English language
- Proficient use of MS Office
- Motivation for supporting a line of business
- Analytical ability
