About the role:

June Homes is looking for a self-driven Sales Trainee who will support the Sales Team in its day-to-day activities

As our new Sales Trainee, reporting to one of our Sales Managers, you will be handling the growing number of emails that we get from interested prospective members.

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for checking all the Sales Team’s incoming emails & drafting response to incoming inquiries
  • Input info into our CRM system
  • Handle written customer communication (emails/sms/messaging) as part of the sales process
  • Assist in responding to inquiries on platforms (e.g Roomiapp.com, Spareroom.com, sublet.com, etc.)
  • Book virtual tours of our apartments located in the USA
  • Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communications
  • Complete all necessary daily, weekly and monthly activities in our CRM
  • Become well versed in call scripts and call handling, train to a point where on-call confidence is established

What you need to be successful:

  • Fluent in English
  • Strong interest in a Sales position within a start-up environment
  • Experience in Real Estate or Customer service/sales will be considered a plus
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Positive and energetic personality
  • Ability to multitask
  • Tech-savvy
  • Flexibility to work late hours/open to changes
