Job title: Internship in Information Systems

Reporting to: Information Systems Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are currently looking for the next potential young talent to join our internship programs in the Information Technology. The internship role will be responsible for assisting the team’s daily tasks and provide support with various activities. As an intern you will be in the core of tech activities and approaches, affecting internal and external stakeholders. The internship program is full time and can take place in the context of your studies, or independently.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Involved in ERP core setup and configurations affecting operations.
- Full cycle of testing new configurations and user acceptance test (UAT) before live.
- Support internal users optimizing their day-to-day work.
- Involved in documenting activities to be used as frequent asked questions.
- Support in the daily problem solving, handling ticketing and communications in a fast pace environment.
- Contributing to ongoing projects and new developments.
WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL
- Currently pursuing a University Degree in Information Systems or any other related field.
- Master’s degree would be considered as an advantage.
- Clear understanding on the operational processes using ERP systems and how this affects the organization.
- Be able to participate in cross functional projects and teams.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (oral and written).
- Strong PC knowledge and Microsoft suite tools.
- Self-motivated, curiosity and insightful personality.
- Attention to detail with a “to do” attitude.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
