IT Support Engineer
Based in Piraeus, Attica
As our IT Support Engineer, you will be part of our IT Department carrying out the following tasks set out by management, including but not limited to:
- Provide first level user support (remote and on-site as required))
- Setup working environment for users including setting up such as Laptops/desktops (Microsoft environment), Mobile phones (Android and Apple) and any other supporting office equipment
- Follow up departmental procedures on purchasing and invoice processing
- Liaise with end-users, software/hardware vendors in order to provide solutions
- Provide support on daily IT Tasks in order to ensure the smooth operation of the IT department
- Actively Support on Cisco VoIP Telephony system
- Conduct testing to ensure that the systems work as expected and train end-users
You will be a successful candidate if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:
- You have earned your University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Working experience in similar IT supportive role will be consider an asset
- You are a strong communicative person with critical, fast-thinking and with time management skills
- You are distinguished for your ability and eagerness to learn
- You follow and adapt new technologies quickly
- You are distinguished for your excellent written and oral communication skills both in Greek and English
- You are experienced on Microsoft Server environment and Active Directory, in Microsoft operating systems, Office Suite tools and Office 365 cloud platform
- You have the proper understanding on TCP/IP Networking, Virtualization technologies and VoIP telephony
