About The Role
As a Motor Claims Handler, you will be part of our Technical Division and primarily responsible for processing claims submitted by policy holders, ensuring that they are dealt efficiently.
Major Accountabilities
- Receives and handles all motor insurance claims
- Collect accurate information and documents
- Investigate the nature of the damage being claimed
- Ensure that claims are not fraudulent
- Review the claim-holder’s insurance policy to determine what should be covered
- Negotiate claim settlements with claimants and/or their legal teams
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Desired 1-2 years of experience
- Excellent use of MS Office
- Fluent in English language, both written and oral skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivation for career growth and development
