WHY JOIN NEXT GENERATION WOMEN LEADERS EMEA

Inspiring three-day virtual event

The program starts with a virtual event on May 5-7, 2022, where attendees will explore the importance of women in leadership, develop a sense of connection, and create a long-lasting community.

Interview preparation program

All NGWL EMEA attendees who would like to learn more about McKinsey’s recruiting process will be invited to an interview-preparation program. Participants will learn about our case and personal-experience interviews, join Q&A sessions, and practice cases in small groups.

Local in-person networking events

Attendees will be invited to small, in-person local meetups to meet McKinsey consultants and recruiters, and network with other NGWL attendees.

Certificate

Upon attending our NGWL EMEA event, a digital certificate of attendance will be provided to confirm your participation.

NEXT GENERATION WOMEN LEADERS 10TH ANNIVERSARY

During this year’s event to celebrate our anniversary, 10 participants will have a chance* to win €10, 000** each. These funds are meant to be used to support academic or professional development or can be donated to a charity of your choice (preferably supporting women).

Our NGWL events are intended for individuals who self-identify as women. They are just a few of our many worldwide programs aimed at helping candidates get to know McKinsey better.
