FlexCar is growing rapidly and we are looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our premises in Athens, Greece. The position entails a supporting role in all fleet matters within a fast-growing and heavily financed scaleup to ensure its operational flow.

Position Summary
The responsibilities of the Fleet Coordinator primarily entail the setting up, coordination, maintenance, and utilization of our fleet. This is an entry-level position and the person in charge will be delivering/ collecting our fleet vehicles to our customers, caring for their customer experience, and explaining to them all necessary information. Fleet Coordinators are also responsible for preparing FlexCars before they are delivered to our clientele, ensuring that vehicles have gone through all the necessary steps. In addition to that, this position includes the preparation of contracts or the necessary documentation for our fleet, supporting and communicating with the operations and sales teams internally to ensure the smooth running of our fleet management and overall Business Operations department.
Your profile
- Automotive enthusiast
- B/(A) driver’s license
- Fresh/ Recent Graduate with a degree in Business/ Economics or Technical/ Engineering Background
- Previous field experience will be considered an asset
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate a number of tasks with a wide range of stakeholders in a startup environment
- Excellent command of the Greek/ English language (both written and spoken)
- Planning, organizational, and time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure, critical thinking skills, with a hands-on and can-do attitude
