Within the program, you can typically expect to undertake defined placements, helping you gain the capability and experience to kick start your career.

Here at Vodafone, we do amazing things to empower everybody to be confidently connected, that could be anything from providing superfast network speed to smartphones, to making our Business clients and their businesses smart with cloud services, fleet & cooler controls, or streaming music into a car through the internet of things. What we’re looking for

• Recently graduated – Bachelor or Master (technology related degree in, but not limited to: Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Network Engineering, AI/Robotics, Security, or Information Technology)
• Strong academic performance
• Maximum 3 years of experience
• English & Greek proficient
• Curious mind-set with learning agility
• Passion for technology and for all things digital
• A drive for better – for yourself, your team, our customers and society

Application Process

To ensure candidate and employee safety, we are continuing with our virtual hiring and onboarding processes until further notice.

When you apply for the Vodafone Discover Program you will be asked to fill out an application form. This allows us to get to know you and your background of experience. As part of your application, you will also be required to answer additional pre-screening questions to fully complete your application. You will also be asked to attach your CV in English.

If your background and experience match the requirements, you will be invited to participate in our online assessment. This allows us to see if you are the right fit for the Vodafone culture. Please complete your application process in English.

After the online assessment the most successful candidates will be invited to participate in our virtual assessment center.

Please note that you can only make one application to one of our Discover programmes for 2022. We will only consider your first application.
