During this two-year program, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the business performance and strategy with your unique, personal footprint in four different functions: Manufacturing, Production Planning, Technical, and Logistics. What is your super-power? •    Manufacturing
You will contribute to the proper operation of high speed automated production and packaging equipment, contribute to constant improvement of production procedure, while you will participate in the identification of new areas of improvement in terms of quality, Environmental sustainability, Health & Safety, cost reduction and performance increase.

•    Production planning 
You will assist in the correct supply and production planning while assuring that raw/packaging materials remain in line with production. Moreover you will facilitate the constant cooperation of all plant’s functional areas in order to set and implement projects related to planning processes and continuous improvement.

•    Technical
You will support the continuous maintenance procedures of the production facilities by organizing day-to-day corrective activities, assisting in the coordination and inspection of all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) work orders, while suggesting interventions, proposing investment projects to promote productivity, maximize performance and guarantying a safe working environment.

    Logistics
You will actively participate in the coordination and monitoring of supply chain operations, to ensure the efficient goods’ distribution in the Eastern Europe markets, in alignment with logistics’ contractual agreements and Barilla policies.

Your Profile

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science, or a comparable area of studies
  • A Master’s Degree will be considered an asset
  • Problem solving and analytical skills, strong communication skills in both Greek and English
  • High level of autonomy, proactivity and engagement as well as being a team player
  • With your eagerness to learn and develop you are ready to shape your own career path and the future of Barilla
