During this two-year program, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the business performance and strategy with your unique, personal footprint in four different functions:  Sales, Trade Marketing, Customer Service, and Consumer Marketing.   • Sales 
    You will contribute to the sale’s strategic plans, and understand the customer and store management principles, while participating in the business plans’ development and implementation, in order to create value in the relevant agreements’ preparation, the customer business reviews and presentations.
  • Trade Marketing
    You will empower the trade marketing mix by analyzing and sharing the volume sales forecast per customer and product, while developing customer planograms, assortment opportunities, and merchandising effectiveness, to add value to the customer proposals and activity plans.
  • Customer Service 
    You will support the effective operation of the Contact Center to satisfy customer needs by coordinating the order to cash flow management, while ensuring product availability via demand planning process, and, completing orders’ management with reverse logistics.
  • Marketing
    You will actively participate in developing marketing plans, as well as, build and implement communication plans and brand activations across all touchpoints (online, offline, in-store), while supporting new product launches and adapting the global brand materials to local and legal requirements

Your Profile

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a comparable area of studies
  • A master’s Degree will be considered an asset
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Fluency in both Greek and English
  • High level of autonomy, proactivity and engagement as well as being a team player
  • Genuine interest in empowering Diversity & Inclusion activities
