Shipping Company is looking for an ICT Assistant to staff the Company’s I.T. Department.
Job Description
- Assist with the maintenance and development of local network infrastructures, networking/firewall devices and Satcom systems.
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems.
- Provide support to others on the use of ICT/Satcom Equipment.
- Provide Helpdesk services.
Requirements
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of Active Directory (2008 R2 or newer), MS Windows and MS Office.
- Knowledge of MS SQL (2008 R2 or newer).
- Basic Knowledge of Networking.
- Ability to travel abroad.
- Military service completed.
- A few years of work experience in a similar position, while not required, is an advantage.
Knowledge on the following will be considered a plus
- Virtualization environments (HyperV, Citrix).
- Satellite Communication Systems.
