On joining Marsh, you will meet your mentor who, over the course of your two-
year programme, will help you get through the extensive insurance-related

Requirements
- Professional Experience of 1 or 2 years in a similar company
- Excellent command in English and Greek language
- Strong computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Sufficient knowledge of office management
- Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Insurance Science or relative academic
field - Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Integrity and confidentiality
- Attention to detail
