Job Summary
The Finance Business Partner provides timely, accurate and high-quality reports under Greek GAAP & IFRS. The holder of the position should be able to work independently and interact efficiently with the management team, auditors, regulators and colleagues in Greece and abroad.
Job Responsibilities
- Participates actively in the preparation of periodic financial statements. Ensures compliance with the company’s internal policies and reporting requirements.
- Responsible for preparation of Group management reporting.
- Annual Budgeting & Periodic Forecasts preparation.
- Cash Flow reporting (actual & forecast).
- Timely monitoring and deep-dive analysis of Group results.
- Follow-up of Accounts Receivables.
- Accounting activities for subsidiaries abroad, more specifically:
- Coordinates and liaises with local accountants & consultants abroad.
- Performs A/R & A/P balance reconciliations.
- Enforcesintra-grouppricingpolicies.
- Reviews & reconciles financial statements (P&L, B/S) and accounting records from
local accountants abroad. - DraftsBoDandGMMinutes.
- In charge of processing various regulatory issues (Commerce Registry etc.).

- Ad-hoc reporting/controlling activities (i.e. finance projects, financial analysis, accounting, processes etc.)
Job Qualifications & Skills
- BSc degree in Finance & Accounting.
- MSc degree in Finance & Accounting or Professional Qualification (ACCA etc.) will be considered as an asset.
- Prior experience in a Group will be considered as an asset.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in Accounting and/or Financial Reporting.
- Strong understanding of IFRS.
- Experience with foreign accounting departments will be a plus.
- Proven ability to prioritize activities and manage workload in a complex, fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written knowledge of English language.
- Ability to effectively communicate financial information, both orally and in writing.
- Work effectively as part of a team with constant cooperation and interaction.
- Independent working ability, strong sense of ownership.
