Due to our constant growth, our EFS Customer Support team in Athens is looking to hire an enthusiastic Application Support Engineer. This team supports the Best Loan Collection System globally!
The Role
You will join a team of experienced Professionals and you will be responsible for the support and maintenance of EXUS’ customer installations at various clients (mostly Banking Institutions) and in different timezones.
Your main duties will be:
- Incident registration and handling by using EXUS’ Helpdesk software
- Analysis, resolution and follow up of reported incidents with the Engineering teams
- Development of Change Requests, testing, installation, and maintenance of EXUS’ proprietary software (mostly by using PL/SQL Developer)
- Monitoring and health check of our managed service cloud environments
Requirements
- Ability to work in shifts is mandatory (our Support Team operates 24×7 including public holidays)
- University Degree in Computer Sciences or relevant discipline
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience. Any experience with Collections/Banking systems will be highly appreciated
- Good knowledge of SQL & Databases, preferably Oracle
- Good knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016 and IIS
- Experience with JIRA will be considered a plus
- Customer focused with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication, presentation and writing skills in English
