KYC Administrator

Main Purpose:

Take responsibility for facilitating the counterparty due diligence process and assist the chartering team in admin tasks related to internal platforms: Imos / Alfresco

Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct liaising/interacting with KYC team to ensure clearance of counterparties
  • Direct liaising with broker/owner procuring necessary information on short notice
  • Ensure the fast and efficient collection of necessary KYC from counterparties
  • Scheduling voyages in Imos
  • Adding counterparties in Imos when missing
  • Clean up the IMOS database for double counterparty entries
  • Keeping all certificates up to date

Abilities, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 years previous experience in similar department is preferred
  • Fluent speak/written English language and IT system literacy
  • Adaptiveness to working in a multinational, high paced and challenging environment
