Responsibilities
A French Marine Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for all the below:
- Managing and following up of customer’s orders.
- Handling complaints and passing them on to a manager if required.
- Entering customer information onto a computer database.
- Prioritise workflow for deliveries procedure.
- Undertake multi skill training for office support.
- Ensure and maintain all customers invoicing is completed.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Feedback to Manager related to worldwide deliveries & network services.
Requirements
For this French Marine Customer Service Specialist position you have to possess:
- French language – C1/C2 level
- English language – fluent level
- University Degree
- 1-2 years customer service
- Shipping Industry knowledge will be an asset
- Perform well under pressure and when multitasking is required
- Flexibility to adapt to a demanding industry
- Excellent sense of priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge of geography
