Job Purpose: Liaising with the Business Marketing Manager to run advanced Customer Value Management campaigns.
Key Accountabilities / Key Activities:
- Management of CVM for the Business Unit segments
- Contributing to the constant review of the CVM structure and deliverables including direct liaison with the Business Intelligence team
- Develop reporting and processes for customer life cycle intelligence
- Liaison with sales & retention managers and their account managers to indirectly drive and influence teams to deliver on objectives
- KPI management and reporting
- Review, implement and update relevant business controls for the Business Unit
- Identify market gaps and product opportunities through data analysis
- Adoption of Group product initiatives and identification of local suitability
- Drive development of accounts to achieve highest possible average revenue per account
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Core Competences, knowledge and experience:
- Recent Graduate of Statistics/Data Science or a similar field
- Above average computer literacy skills – MS Excel, Word and Power Point; Knowledge of SQL will be considered an asset
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Energetic, inquisitive and proactive team member willing to learn and challenge themselves
- Be a team player, have excellent interpersonal/communication skills and the ability to converse with people at all levels
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Trustworthy and having an eye for detail
- Able to multitask and manage own priorities
