We are looking to hire a junior Sales Operations Specialist who understands business processes and has strong interpersonal skills, to be able to contribute to projects across functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Triage and resolve Sales Operations cases, working directly with internal business stakeholders, Sales, Product and Technical support.
- Assists sales teams in data organization.
- Manage reporting and dashboards for the Sales meetings
- Processing offers and contracts and provide general support
Requirements:
- BS/BA in either Business Administration or Economics
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
- Great communication and written skills
- Aptitude for managing multiple tasks and prioritize according to urgency
