Real Estate Appraiser
Οur company, www.primera-advisors.com, is growing dynamically in the real estate sector. Our Real Estate Advisory Dept, assists the decision-making process of our clients by providing analysis and fully documented reports on market data, individual property valuations, highest and best use and feasibility studies. We are looking for diligent real estate appraisers to produce ad-on value for our clients, through these procedures.
Responsibilities
- On site visit, property inspection, photographic documentation and clients interviewing
- Analysis of property’s data, including legal, deeds, planning consents and blueprints
- Study of all variables that impact a property’s present or future value (comparable data, previous sales records, future development etc.)
- Analysis of basic property’s parameters and focused market research
- Reporting
- Documentation of procedure and data backup
- Updated knowledge of bibliography, current regulations, standards and best practices
- Assisting in forecasting and providing economic outlook information in the real estate sector
- Generating, analyzing and storing market statistics for further use.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Real Estate, Finance, Engineering or similar
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate Finance is a plus
- Candidates with appraisal/valuation background are of preference
- Licensed or certified valuer (preferably RICS or REV) also considered
- Advance knowledge of MS office and the Internet
- Excellent command of the English and Greek language, both written & spoken. Additional language is a plus
- Familiarity with all current industry’s regulations, rules and standards is a plus
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and assignments; able to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving skills to reflect level of responsibilities
- Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to maintain positive attitude in all situations
