Founded in 2015, ShipMedCare is the leading Company of Telemedicine services in Greece used by shipping companies to support their Crews on board in case of emergency and ensure safe voyages of their fleets.
We are looking for a talented and responsible Social Media Assistant / Front Desk Representative to join our Team, who will focus on growing our media presence and undertake the administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities Of The Role Include:
- Manages company social media channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms
- Engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms
- Creates content that promotes audience interaction and increases audience presence on company sites
- Works as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns
- Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects
- Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content
- Writes and distributes e-newsletters to subscribers
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Updating seafarers Medical e-file
- Make travel arrangements
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Perform other administrative duties
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has:
- Marketing /Social Media /Business Administration Degree Preferred
- Creative marketing skills to engage and motivate customers
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Good research skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Self-Motivation and Strong Communication Skills
- Previous Customer Service experience will be considered favourably
