What is the TOP2TOP challenge?
Top2Top aims to discover young, talented people who are ready to explore the magic world of Mondelez.
For one day, participants will compete in different business topics, meet our Senior Management Team and get the full grasp of what our company stands for.
The Top candidates will receive:

Requirements:
- Be a Master graduate or student in Business Administration, Marketing or similar disciplines from top-notch university
- High level of written and spoken English and Greek
- Ability to learn on the fly and self-initiative
- Open minded with a will to take on new experiences
- Passion for our products
