The Online Travel Agency Petas.gr / Tripair seeks for Web Developer
Petas.gr and Tripair.com form part of Altair Travel Agency as OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), being placed on the top 15 of Europe. Through Petas.gr and Tripair.com our agency provides the users of most European countries with its services (flight and ferry tickets, hotel accommodation, car rental, travel insurance, packages etc.). The expansion of our business activities creates an exciting working environment with rising prospects for our employees.
Currently Petas.gr seeks for Web Developer with experience in PHP/MySQL development.
Job Responsibilities
- Back-end and front-end collaborative development
- Websites support and maintenance
- In depth knowledge of the agency’s operations model and products
Candidate’s required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- Very good knowledge of back-end development (PHP, MySQL)
- Good knowledge of front-end development (XHTML, jQuery, CSS, Ajax)
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work well in team and under pressure
- Military obligations fulfilled (for male candidates)
Desired Skills which will be considered as an asset
- Experience in Web Services (SOAP, REST)
- Knowledge of Linux and Web Servers (Nginx, Apache)
