EUROPEAN DYNAMICS wishes to employ a Helpdesk Officer fluent in English and other EU languages, with good exposure in Internet Technologies, in order to work as Helpdesk Officer at the company’s premises in Athens, on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will join the Helpdesk team of the company, which supports the end-users of Internet software systems. Upon hiring, the successful candidate will undergo an internal training program, in order to become familiar with the Helpdesk operation and the supported systems. Following training completion, the successful candidate will be integrated within the daily activities of the Helpdesk team. Once adequate knowledge and experience is accumulated, the successful candidate will evolve within the Helpdesk team, delivering end-user training, functional testing of Internet applications, quality control of helpdesk follow ups with clients, or other consulting activities.
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or equivalent;
- Knowledge of MS-Office tools and Internet technologies;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
- Very good knowledge of other EU languages (e.g. Polish, Swedish, Danish, Italian, Spanish, Bulgarian, Czech, etc);
- Team spirit, initiative, can do attitude.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in communication with clients or users;
- Experience as user support officer or helpdesk operator of Internet applications;
- Experience in IT user training and/or testing of Internet applications;
- Degree in an IT related field.
