Management of international e-government projects (in particular in the Customs domain)

EUROPEAN DYNAMICS (ED) wishes to employ an IT PROJECT MANAGER to provide his/her services worldwide. The candidate will manage international IT projects of the company from its Athens premises and/or other locations in Europe.
Mandatory Skills and Experience:
- Master degree in Information Technology / Systems or Computer Science
- Valid certification in project management (PRINCE2, PMI or equivalent)
- At least 10 years of IT professional experience after Master graduation
- At least 5 years of IT professional experience in Customs
- Proven and successful track record in managing at least one complex international IT project
· Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience in managing large scale IT projects involving commissioning of hardware and software integration
- Experience in managing the full life cycle of complex software development projects
- Ability to manage a distributed team of IT professionals
- Experience in the management of software development projects in the Customs domain.
